What People Are Saying About Learning Path Partners

"When my 3rd child was evaluated in Middle School, I found myself like a fish out of water - I had never had a child evaluated, I wasn't familiar with the tests that were being recommended, and did not understand the results coming out of the evaluation. Cindy became my trusted advisor and helped to lead me through the experience, so I ultimately could advocate for my child and get the right plan in place to support him. I valued the time Cindy spent with me to walk through the results and provide advice on what other tests I should request. She empowered me and educated me in an area that was a complete unknown for me. As a result, I know my child was given an appropriate evaluation and is now getting the best support he deserves. Cindy's support, guidance, and expertise was invaluable!"

When my daughter’s teachers noticed some potential gaps in her literacy skills, they suggested a deeper dive into her abilities. Lacey came highly recommended so we jumped at the opportunity to have her work with our daughter on completing a comprehensive literacy evaluation, which was incredibly insightful. Throughout the process, our daughter was engaged and eager to participate—it didn’t feel stressful or overwhelming for her at all. In fact, she enjoyed working with Lacey and willingly took part, which made the entire experience smooth and positive. The depth and breadth of the report were truly impressive, providing a clear, detailed picture of Annie’s strengths and areas for growth. It was packed with valuable insights that have been incredibly helpful in guiding the interventions that will help our daughter thrive. If you’re considering a similar evaluation, I highly recommend Lacey!

"My daughter worked with Cindy a number of years ago. She was struggling with dyslexia, so Cindy created an Orton-Gillingham program tailored to my daughter's needs. As you can imagine, a student with dyslexia does not want to spend extra time working on reading skills; however, she loved going to see Mrs. Thom. Cindy made the work fun and my daughter could see the added value in class. She was able to navigate and advocate for herself quickly after beginning with Cindy. Cindy truly has a special talent."

"It is nearly impossible to know what one's child can receive from a district or interpret educational reports without a trained educational consultant. Lacey went above and beyond, examining our child's neuropsych report and using the quantitative and qualitative data to develop a thorough plan for tutoring and to develop goals the district should provide for our child. Lacey's wealth of knowledge allowed her to easily communicate in our PPT meeting and helped the district understand what was needed to guarantee our child's future success. Lacey also worked with our child before the start of the year to make sure they were prepared for their upcoming courses. Lacey's approach to tutoring made the time spent with her seem more of a pleasure than a task to our child. I would highly recommend Lacey as an advocate, to read and interpret reports, and for tutoring.
